Jade Transport is always in need of qualified individuals to join the Green Team. Ideal candidates are those who come with a cooperative additude and a willingness to work. As Jade is primarily a longhaul transportation company, drivers should be ready to travel from New Brunswick to B.C. and in the United States.

The following is a list of requirements that a driver must have prior to being interviewed:

• Valid Class One driver's license with Air Brake certification
• Two years of verifiable Over The Road experience
• Have or be eligible to obtain a FAST card (http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/fast/menu-e.html)
• Satisfactory Drivers Abstract
• Criminal Record search
• Three employer references including names, addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers
• Tanker experience is not necessary, but we do require a willingness to learn!

If you are called for an interview, be prepared to do a Road Test including a careful Pre-trip inspection of the tractor-trailer. Please dress appropriately for the job.

Driver applicants are subject to Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
