June Fuel Surcharge Letter
June 3, 2010

Dear valued customer,
Crude oil has been trading in the $68.00 to $75.00 US per barrel range these past few weeks. Crude oil continued to move down steadily with news of the strengthening of the US dollar Vis a Vis most other major world currencies. This has caused rack prices for ultra low sulphur diesel to drop since early May. The financial troubles in Southern Europe due to the insolvency of Greece and possibly other countries, and the angst over the Euro currency, has caused a flight to safety and that refuge has been US securities and dollars. There have been steady decreases in the distillate rack price in the past three weeks, which has resulted in a

significant overall decrease, (over .08litre) in rack prices. Therefore the fuel surcharge for June will decrease from 17% to15 % to reflect the current situation.
It is believed that the long term pricing of distillates, due to the very high inventory levels and a very mediocre worldwide economic recovery will remain reasonable for the foreseeable future.
We will continue to evaluate the surcharge at the end of every month. These measures need to be taken to ensure we remain profitable. Thank -you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Best regards,
Greg Arndt
